I first established my consultancy ("Pioneers of the 3rd Millennium") in 1999 as a placebo effect / auto suggestion training organization, primarily focused on personal development, mindset coaching and life coaching. Around 2004 we morphed into small to medium sized business coaching, which then led to both sales training and sales management.
Since 2019 our direction changed once more, with greater focus on quantum mindset coaching, quantum healing and tailored programs around leveraging and maximizing our bio-energetic advantage both in the executive space, the youth sporting sector and for our vulnerable elderly population.
We also developed a new quantum mindset "Energy, Self & Breath Mastery" program, to more specifically help humanity harness the infinite multi-dimensional quantum field where all things are possible, as well as for anybody interested in personal development or business/entrepreneurial pursuits, where learning about ENERGY mastery will give them an advantage over their competition (especially to exceed sales forecasts).
Early on in my coaching career, more specifically the business coaching, I quickly realized that some of the greatest industry leaders across all sectors, were leaving lots of money on the table by neither acknowledging or focusing on their bio-energetic quantum potential.
Recent research and development in this space is helping innovative leaders to become futurists and change agents, simply by recognizing they are not just 'physical beings' but also 'spiritual, quantum, multi-dimensional business people'. This acknowledgement alone gives them a significant edge over their competition.
So the past five years we set about creating turn-key solutions for the newly emerging and rapidly evolving quantum fields, both the mindset and bio-energetic sciences using world-leading frequency modalities.
My two books "Isolated Connectedness" and "Your Energy Is Your Greatest Currency" (both are currently being published) help people across all generations to learn how to connect and thrive in this very impersonal time we find ourselves in.
I believe moving people, companies, even entire generations from an isolated standpoint to being well connected, right through to mastering the art and science of collaboration, can help to redefine the world we live in to the benefit of all moving forward.
And one truth I have learned in the business coaching space the past quarter of a century is that everybody wants to be a part of the world they helped to create.

As Nikola Tesla famously noted, "If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." The human body is not just biological; it is electrical.
Every cell operates at a specific frequency.
Traditional exercise, sports, movement focuses on the "hardware" (muscles, bones, tendons). We focus on the "software" (the energy & frequency) that dictates how efficiently that hardware runs. Regardless of the age or fitness of the person we are both supporting and/or empowering.

Our Current Projects
Our three key focus areas right now are:- 1) Executives in the Workplace; 2) Our Youth, with an emphasis on the secondary level young athlete; 3) as well as more vulnerable mature members of our community in senior living and retirement villages in the Southern Highlands, NSW.
Our goal is to bring "Quantum Health and Bio-Energetics" onsite for the first time, into the Executive Spaces of corporate Australia; into the Sports Arenas at secondary school level (creating the new Quantum Athletes of the future), whilst at the same time taking these state of the art high tech "Quantum Technologies" to the other end of the spectrum, onsite to senior members of our local community who are struggling daily to maximize their own mental and physical health, through Bio-Energetic DNA Repair.

This energy mastery course has been created to help give corporate teams as well as small business owners and/or entrepreneurs a distinct advantage over their competitors by learning ENERGY mastery, SELF mastery and BREATH mastery.
"The 24 specially chosen keys teach them how to harness the Law of Assumption by activating their imagination, with key visualization and manifestation tools. Through presence, conscious awareness, breath and activating their third eye they learn how to accelerate their success for a life they formerly could only dream about".
The course is currently being re-engineered for teenagers to help launch them into the world with tools to prepare them to live a life by design.
